By accessing or using EssayCreed ("we", "our", "us") and our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

EssayCreed provides professional proofreading, editing, formatting, CV writing and editing, and document improvement services. You use our platform to place orders, communicate with support, and manage your account. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with notice where practicable.

3. Account and Conduct

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g. fraud, harassment, submitting illegal or prohibited content, or circumventing our systems). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to our ordering and pricing rules. You agree to pay all fees for orders you place. Refund and revision policies are as described on the platform at the time of your order. We use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply to transactions.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Deliverables

Our platform, content, and branding are our property. Deliverables provided to you are for your personal use in line with your institution's academic integrity policies. You are responsible for how you use any materials we provide.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
